My name is Lena O'Brien.
I was born and raised in Okinawa. My mother is Okinawan, and my father is American. I have loved baking cakes since I was a little girl. At age of 19, I went to the U.S. to study business. I decided to start a cafe to introduce people to Japanese culture, the deliciousness of cakes and coffee!
